The Prairie Provinces

The Canadian Prairies is a region in Western Canada which may correspond to several different definitions, natural or political.

Saskatchewan and Manitoba are always included, as well as Alberta and the northeastern portion of British Columbia, though the term is also used to mean only the three "Prairie Provinces."
